What is Sentio?

Sentio collects customer feedback through a conversation instead of a survey. Via a link or QR — on smartphone or computer — your visitor tells you, spoken or typed, how it went; Sentio probes, and powerful, scientifically grounded models analyse live and instantly report the themes, the sentiment and the NPS on a dashboard. Sentio Signal also lets customers report an issue themselves.

How does Sentio work?

In three steps: (1) Open — your visitor opens Sentio via a link or QR, on smartphone or computer, no app or account; (2) Speak or type — they tell you in about 2 minutes how it went, in their own language; (3) Understand — your dashboard instantly shows the answers, the sentiment, the themes and the NPS.

What's the difference between Sentio Feedback and Sentio Signal?

Sentio Feedback is solicited feedback: you ask questions and the customer talks about their experience. Sentio Signal is a self-initiated report: the customer flags something themselves — a defect, a complaint or an idea. Use them separately or together.

Do my customers need an app or account?

No. They scan a QR code or open a link, and a normal web page opens. No installation, no account, no friction.

Which languages does Sentio support, and can people speak or type?

Sentio works in 15+ languages; the visitor picks their own language, with a read-aloud voice. They can answer by speaking or typing — or a mix. So even people who don't like reading or typing are heard.

What about privacy and GDPR?

Sentio is GDPR-compliant: data is processed in the EU, personal data is automatically redacted, and every organisation (and within chains every site) sees only its own data — enforced at database level.

Does Sentio work for multiple locations or chains?

Yes. From a single location to international chains. One location gets a full dashboard; chains get a manager overview across all sites, comparison per location, roles per site and a dedicated QR code per location.

Do I need technical skills or a data analyst?

No. You build your interviews yourself, without a developer, and the AI delivers themes, sentiment and NPS automatically. No data crunching required.

How quickly am I live?

In about ten minutes. You create your questions, put up a QR code and start listening — no project, no installation.

Does Sentio have an app for managers?

Yes. Your customers don't need an app, but your team gets one: managers follow the results live on their phone and — if they want — receive push notifications for problems. You can set up multiple logins for your employees, each with their own roles and rights.

Can I reward customers for taking part?

Yes. You can set up incentives: participants get a chance to win a prize, and on the platform you configure which prizes you offer and how many winners are drawn. Fully GDPR-compliant: we don't collect data from all respondents — only the winners leave contact details.

What happens with negative feedback?

Catching negative experiences is crucial — and that's exactly where Sentio helps. The conversation provides the first response: Sentio immediately reassures unhappy customers and shows understanding. You're alerted right away, and if you want, you then offer a solution through a streamlined process.

What does Sentio cost?
