Privacy by design
No app, no account
Respondents install nothing and leave no account behind. They open an ordinary web page via a link or QR.
Automatic anonymisation
Personal data in transcripts is automatically made unreadable via a dual system: AI plus fixed rules for email addresses, phone numbers and account numbers (IBAN). Inappropriate or offensive content is flagged.
No audio storage
Sentio processes the text of the conversation - the transcript. Audio is deliberately not kept.
Consent before recording
The respondent explicitly agrees before the conversation starts.
GDPR & EU processing
Processed in the EU
Feedback is processed and stored in the EU, GDPR-compliant. The sub-processors are shown transparently in the dashboard.
Not for training, not retained
Your conversations are never used to train AI models. Our AI processors don't retain your data (zero data retention) - only you keep your results, in your own dashboard.
European speech recognition
Speech is converted to text on European infrastructure.
Clear roles
Clear agreements between controller and processor; the details are in the privacy statement.
GDPR-compliant incentives
In a prize draw, only the winners leave contact details, not all respondents.

Percentages are counted by software; the AI only assesses individual answers. Every figure is exactly reproducible.
Quotes verified
Every quote is compared word for word with the transcript. A paraphrase by the AI does not make it in.
Human approval
Publishing is only possible after explicit human review - enforced in the database, not as a separate setting.
