Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

This is a concept version provided for information purposes. Have this text reviewed by a legal advisor before any definitive use.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website and the services of Sentio, a product of Sentogroup BV. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Definitions

“Sentio”: the feedback and reporting service of Sentogroup BV. “Customer”: the organisation that takes out a subscription to Sentio. “Respondent”: the person who provides feedback through Sentio.

The service

Sentio offers a platform to collect and analyse feedback (Sentio Feedback) and reports (Sentio Signal) through conversations. We provide the service with reasonable care, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Subscription and price

The use of Sentio is based on a subscription. The price starts from 90 € per month and depends on the size of the customer and the expected volume of conversations. Specific arrangements are set out in a separate agreement or quotation.

Obligations of the customer

The customer uses Sentio lawfully and correctly informs its respondents about the processing of their data. The customer is the data controller for the feedback it collects; Sentio acts as a processor. A data processing agreement applies between the parties.

Intellectual property

All rights to the Sentio platform, the software and the visual identity belong to Sentogroup BV. The customer receives a non-exclusive right of use for the duration of the subscription. The collected feedback data remains the property of the customer.

Liability

Sentio is not liable for indirect damage. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount that the customer paid for the service in the twelve months before the damage occurred, to the extent permitted by law.

Term and termination

The subscription runs for the agreed term and can be terminated in accordance with the arrangements in the agreement. Upon termination we stop the processing and delete or hand over the data as agreed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the district where Sentogroup BV is established.
